Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Client
Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we begin working on your project, you will receive a full refund.
After Work Begins: If you cancel your order after work has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work already completed.
2. Cancellation by Gausiq
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following conditions:
Payment not received within the specified timeframe.
Unclear or incomplete project requirements despite multiple follow-ups.
Violation of our terms or engagement in unethical behavior.
In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded after deducting applicable charges for completed work.
3. Refund Policy
Completed Orders: No refunds are provided once a digital product (indicator, strategy, or custom tool) is completed and delivered.
Unsatisfactory Results: If you’re not satisfied with the delivery, please contact us within 3 days. We will try to resolve the issue or issue a partial refund based on the completed work.
Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue with your digital product and we are unable to resolve it, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@gausiq.com with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For
Completed and successfully delivered digital projects.
Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete requirements submitted by the client.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
